I have always been intrigued by property. My earliest memory for an interest in property ,is of my childhood home. A very simple three-bedroom brick home, constructed by the State Government for low-income families back in the early 80s. My family were extremely fortunate to be amongst the very first tenants in a newly developed housing area. I have a distinct memory of running up and down the newly laid pine timber floors, it must have been one of our first inspections. I also have great memories of the expanding construction in the area. Many children from the local neighbourhood would meet every afternoon for entertainment on top of the hill, that was covered with large piles of dirt. It made for a great BMX track and became very interesting after a few weeks of rain. Over time, the piles of dirt magically relocated, and we would venture further and further to find these mobile bike tracks. It would amaze me that someone could create a home from what seemed just a pile of dirt.

As I began to understand the concept of property ownership, one of my uncles was building his very own home. At the time I was in awe, the home appeared to be on such a grand scale, at least to somebody living in a compact three-bedroom home with my two brothers and parents. I took great interest in the progress of the build and how the vision was coming together. My uncle, with help from my dad and others built the most amazing home I had seen.
Some years later I bought my very own home at just 21 years of age. I was determined not to be stuck in the renting cycle and while it meant a few more years at home with my parents it turned out to be one of the best decisions in my life. That first home not only proved to be a great investment, it brought me closer to my passion, real estate.
I soon began my career in real estate with support from some amazing mentors, I wanted to help others achieve home ownership and benefit from my personal experience. Many years later and I have successfully assisted several hundred clients with their home buying and investments, as well as buying and building my own properties. Being emersed daily in the real estate and construction industry allows me to expertly guide every client to ensure their experience is seamless and successful.
